15 days is truly amazing, and may I say how fantastic you got through a social event, with out mr nico.

I for one have realised those craves do indeed become weaker and weaker the longer we quit, so yes it will become easier .

But your doing a brilliant job, going into three weeks, is quite wonderful

Well done you, my little black book says Feberitis should have a treat.

👍😀👍😀👍😀

It does get easier, honestly.

Even though I was using an ecig I still really wanted the real thing when socialising in the first couple of weeks. I can go out for a drink now and it doesn't bother me at all.

I can't say when the change happened, think it just gradually came in without me realising.

Well done Ferberitis, congratulations on passing the two week barrier!

Hey Ferberitis, huge congrats on reaching over 2 weeks, that is great and deserves recognition for the hard work you have put in....

Yes, it does get easier, but......there is more hard work ahead.    In the next week or so you should be well over the physical withdrawal, then the mental withdrawal begins as our brains continue to re-wire from not getting  the nicotine and all the other thousands of chemicals from a smoke, so we need to be ready to attack at all times and when least expected.   The key is to embrace it and be ready.

I have no doubt you can do this and succeed, we are all behind you.....

I've def been feeling the mental battle lately!!! Ways that I battle is I pray a lot and read a lot on how much smoking ruins lives!!

Good for you Ferberitis, for the first month, I was going around the house singing 'One day at a time Sweet Jesus', surprisingly it helped me alot even if I sounded and looked a bit mad!
