Hi Everyone

21 days and counting. Nicotinic recepters now down regulated, just taking one day at a time. I learn from each relapse, and grow a little bit wiser every day. To me, stopping smoking is a process, but small steps make marks. Keep on going everyone, breathe hard and love living, embrace the quit x

Well isn't it wonderful going into your first month smoke free, indeed it is a slow process, just st keep going , doing very well indeed

Well done 21 days is fantastic and your right it's a learning process taking it a day at a time but each day quit is a gigantic step towards freedom
