On top of that I've been working out and within a month.. I lost 4.8 lbs. I know its little but I have to take baby steps. This site has helped me a lot..

Congrats!! I can't wait for my 90 day mark! I have gained a few pounds but my Crossfit coach is claiming it's muscle. I so doubt that! I do notice my running is awesome and I can work out without stopping a lot more. I used to be forth or fifth coming in from a race. Now I'm second! So happy smoking is one less thing to worry about in daily life. Again, congrats on the milestone and the weight loss!

Hey! Don't minimise it! 4.8lbs is a lot of weight to lose - this is great news and another achievement. Well done for all of it, the 90 days, the new exercise plan and the weight loss. These are the things that are life changers and I think you should be super proud of yourself!
