Some how as I'm not at work today, the shop is calling, have resisted, however it's so close, the urge is strong.
Hope I get past to day☹☹☹☹

You should do something to pass the time, until the cravings stop. Try doing something productive. Or getting rid of things and clothes you don't use anymore. Keep busy!
Hi Tracey....You must move away from that corner shop...It is to much of a temptation for you...! (LOL)
Tracey.... I left my half smoked 20 pack and lighter on top of the freezer for more than 8 months when the wife decided it is time to throw it away...
It was a very dangerous practice but worked for me because I wanted to be smoke free more than that 2 minutes satisfaction .... Stay strong !!
I did this. I had 8 left in a pack and kept them for ages. That way it was
My choice to not smoke. I wasn't being forced because I couldn't get to a shop etc. It was always on my terms, if I really wanted to smoke, I could. I chose not to. That's why it worked for me.
Hey Tracey, Kate gave great advice there, you need to keep yourself busy whenever you have a craving, especially strong ones as they do last longer and occur more frequently as this early stage in your quit, if you are into it, listening to music or reading or watch a comedy movie, anything to keep the nicodemon from winning, you can do this....post as often as you need too, strongs xx
But instead of going to the shop - you came on here for support. Yaaayy it works, well done you xx
Post on here when a craving hits, I do, it helps to take my mind off having a cig, my OH is back smoking, he tried to kick his 20 a day habit but couldn't but has reduced down to 5 a day, when I have a craving for a cig he will say ' have one of mine' and strangely its helps because I then get my stubborn head on and say NO
but seriously post on here we are all going through or have been through the same
