Hi all, day 8 of quitting after a relapse. Be proud of not smoking on no smoking day. We need to set an example to the next generation not to start smoking and send out a big 2 finger sign to the tobacco companies that we no longer want their poison. Hurray to no smoking day!! Peace and love folks.
