Reasons to Quit

I am going to add a reason every day and not just list them all now so after a few weeks I will have a full list that I can keep as a reminder for myself.....

Today's reason is pure and simply vanity..... I do not want to look like this when I am old and grey

Today's reason is a new car. Mine is falling apart. If I don't smoke away £200+ a month I can afford finance on a car....It won't be a Porsche but at least it won't be a deathtrap like my current motor lol

All good Incy, spent my lovely day with the power washer cleaning up the paving and the garden walls, had to bleach the walls because they were literaly green after the winter and didn't run out of breath...amazing! normally I would have to take a break every 15 minutes because of the smoke on my lungs.

I have serious pains all over my body ...I have pain in places that I didn't even know possible LOL

Didn't smoke today either
