I am so proud of myself. I am very calm this morning and taking this news as a matter of fact. Trying to train my brain that it is supposed to be this way - no smoking.
Thought last night was going to be difficukt because my husband smokes, but it was easier than at work (we work together too), because i had my daughter keeping me busy and i made supper ect. Time flies when you having fun.

That is excellent Vicki! It must be really hard with your hubby still smoking. My hubby and I quit together and we both know if one of us caves, the other will too.
Well done for getting to day 2. Onwards and upwards towards day 3 now!
Hi Stj13, it is hard with my husand still smoking and even thinking its funny that i go on about making my 2nd day.. I try not to judge, but it's hard sometimes when it comes from your husband.
Any way, i am proud of myself, and i just keep going at night when he smokes. Keep busy. I WILL make Day 3! I have never stopped smoking for longer than half a day and look at me now, 2 DAYS IN! Take that!!!!
Thanx Jarvis and Gerti3, i do enjoy myself i must say and i think a reward would be in order by next Tuesday on my 1 WEEK victory.

Tell him that if it's so easy he can show you how it's done
