I managed to do a full day yesterday and it wasnt too hard. I was very grumpy and quiet and feel a bit the same today. i am sure my hubby will end up throwing a pack of cigs at me to chill me out. I am still motivated and still sure i am going to do this, this time.
I have got no cravings at all, its just the habbit thing that keeps kicking in, like on my drive home from work last night. I have got to work hard on making it through the weekend without a cig and without killing anyone!!!!!!!
