Wow the first day is over have to say when i got up this morning a was dieing for a smoke i placed my patch on and went out for a walk and made it through the first hour.........

I hope today is better than day 1

Well its 18:30 thought i was going to pass out so had to remove patch (dont know why i feel like this on patches)

will not have a smoke and i will try i new patch when i get up in the morning :mad:

No i put on a 15 mg one on this morning most have been 2 strong for me will place a 10mg one on in the morning and see how i go :mad:

hey, thats why were here. I know it bloody difficult and and sometimes it seems like all the odd's are againts you but there is light. You got to reach up and grab it and it will take you all the way.

The guys's asked me to write qa poem the other dqay and here's what I came up with, sometimes when I read it, it helps me and keeps me focused

I dont know why i feel this way on the patches most of the day i am fine then i start to feel as if my heart is missing a beat and then i go light headed is this the patches or the effects of me not smoking??????

Well its 10:20 patch has been off for 4 hrs and i feel like shit thank god i have the 4mg gum i have just had one and feel a lot better well its goodnight to day 2........................I can and i will do this:cool:

Just a suggestion, try putting the patch below your waste.....NO COMMENT BOUDEE....it puts it further away from your heart and isn't absorbed so fast. Might help some. The butt is a pretty good spot. (blushes)
