Bed is a good idea and this feeling is totally normal. I think the positive energy that causes us to quit in the first place has warn off by this point and you must remember to keep plodding! If it means lots of sleep and nibbling on sweet treats, go for it! Just do as much as you can to stay focused and happy.

When you stop first, it's almost exciting (well it was for me, unless I'm totally round the loop) but then it's normal - and telling people you don't smoke is only exciting for so long. Then it becomes a slog, but it's a slog that saves you from a lot of horrible diseases, gives you a lot of extra money and makes you healther and smell better, which is fab
I slept loads in the evenings when I was where you are now, would dip out at 8 - 8-30 and sleep for most of the evening *but* because I smoked so much for so long it was the price for putting my body through all that rubbish, and it was healing itself!!
Yours is too, so if you need to sleep do it - it'll pass and you'll be a healthier, non stinky person for it
