Hi all just to let everyone know I'm still here & smoke free on week 6 now feels like ages away I can't remember the last time I used my inhaler, I haven't got smoking clinic next week but I have a appointment with GP none smoking as the otherones stop at 8 weeks(but recomended 12 weeks) I have always been honest with my depression and since I've quit I've been having panic attacks so hopefully get that sorted too. Well hope there's still some march quitters about
