Day 27 and still no fag

lost my temper again. But no fag was lit so Nicodemon lost. But im a winner and will stay strong. Hope everyone stays with their quit . Jacqui.

Yahahahaha Jaqui good on you Think the rest of the world will have to put up with our tempers. Hell, they moan enough about us smoking don't they :mad: They can't have it all ways

well done you, i am also 4 weeks free today, lost my temper the odd time,

i am still eating well but not as much as i have been, still have the odd urge to smoke but not as often but when i do the urge is very strong,but these are getting less ohh my tounge is loads better it was sore for days and days it was if everything was very very salty, now just salty and is only a little sore after i have eaten crap food,eg crisps some chocolate bars etc

not had the bad cough thankfuly

had the odd mad smokeing dream

still collect lighters well funny end up with three or four in my pockets by the end of the day, old habbits lol

also i cant get over how i now think a have a bad breath problem (as if i didnt for years as a smoker) keep getting an odd taste, and have to eat mints or brush my teeth

it feels good though to get this far
