I Year today

Good Morning Everyone :D

365 days = 52 weeks = 1 Year WOW

I am one very happy bunny this morning to be able to say that

I know that I wouldn't have made it without help though I used as many of you know Champix but more importantly I had this forum as essential backup

My thanks to the many people on here that helped me so much especially in the early days of my quit

My Son StuartH, Nicfirth, Cavalier,Shabba, Tomatpots,JohnTKD ,Dubbs and Austinlegro to mention but a few there were many more as well without you all I wouldn't be here today

You all cheered my good days, gave me consolation on the bad ones and gave me a shove when I needed it

For that I thank you all and I think somewhere like this is an essential part of a quit for most people

As I got to know the people here I felt that if I caved I would have not just let myself down I would have let everyone else down as well and that acted as a spur if/when I came close to it

So with my thanks to my many friends here I can say that this morning I am very proud to be entering the Penthouse

My Stats

I have saved £2,511.09 by not smoking 9,131 cigarettes but more importantly

I have saved 1 Month, 1 Day, 16 hours and 55 minutes of my life.

I actually think I am more proud of your quit than I am of my own, and I'm even more proud of the effort you put into helping everyone else. Even a year in, you still put in more time than almost anyone else to help others.

365 days = 52 weeks = 1 Year WOW

I am one very happy bunny this morning to be able to say that

I know that I wouldn't have made it without help though I used as many of you know Champix but more importantly I had this forum as essential backup

My thanks to the many people on here that helped me so much especially in the early days of my quit

My Son StuartH, Nicfirth, Cavalier,Shabba, Tomatpots,JohnTKD ,Dubbs and Austinlegro to mention but a few there were many more as well without you all I wouldn't be here today

You all cheered my good days, gave me consolation on the bad ones and gave me a shove when I needed it

For that I thank you all and I think somewhere like this is an essential part of a quit for most people

As I got to know the people here I felt that if I caved I would have not just let myself down I would have let everyone else down as well and that acted as a spur if/when I came close to it

So with my thanks to my many friends here I can say that this morning I am very proud to be entering the Penthouse

My Stats

I have saved £2,511.09 by not smoking 9,131 cigarettes but more importantly

I have saved 1 Month, 1 Day, 16 hours and 55 minutes of my life.
