Thank you everyone for your lovely replies. I know i should stop marking the milestones now but i feel so pleased with my self that i have to share with you lot.
I hope that in some way those that are at the beginning of a quit will see this and think YES i can do it too.
Anyhow good luck to everyone on here. The support you receive is amazing and i have said this before and i am saying again that without these guys and gals i dont think i could have done it alone.
There is a light at the end of the tunnel just be strong and tell that nasty Mr Nic that he is no longer invited to the party.
I am so pleased for you and NO you should not stop posting your milestones, they are what keeps you going, also it’s a great motivator for everyone else to see how often it is possible.
Congratulations yes 2 years have flown by. It's almost my anniversary and I am so proud of myself for kicking this habit. Bestr thing I have ever done.

SLB of course i remember u glad ur still smoke free too well done. No more knitting for me just did that at the beginning of my quit to help keep me occupied and it worked.
