oh i know the worset is over and im sure the other 2 do. ive notcied an improvement in my health i found out i was asthmatic a few weeks ago and i already dont need my inhalor as much as i did when i first got diagnosed im presuming that due to my quit. i could do with going on a nice long bike ride see how far i get know i dont smoke. i had a friend offer me a fag today i havent seen in since the beginin of my quit and he had forgotten i had quit or presumed i had caved one or the other but it felt great to say i dont smoke anymore. then sent him to my back door to have fag lol.

Believe me suzy, it becomes so normal and so quick, it will scare ya :eek:
