Day 4

Day 3 was hell, day 4 is worse....Hi to all, I'm new here and quitting cold turkey. I expected to feel better today as there's no nicotine left, but still fell rough. Sore throat, headache, aches and pains, tired but not sleeping properly. The only good thing apart from not smoking is I've got my concentration back......

Thanks for the encouragement Boudee......hard work but worth it in the end. Just getting fed up of feeling like I've got the flu day 5 could be perfect!
