Wow - well done you!! I stopped on day 10 of champix and am still happily plodding on!! You are feeling ready so go for it!! My Dad stopped a few years ago with patches and only kept them on for a few days and then just went cold turkey so def works for some people!
Am feeling much better about it just in last couple of days but did find a few days in the middle a real struggle so am hoping am over the worse but have never stopped this long before so it feels so unknown!!
Today is def a good day and am feeling confident in myself now - finding myself on here loads plus go to a group once a week so have all areas covered if I need help!!
I have stopped before 4 weeks i done a year ago dont no why i went back on them back then!! Anyway I am finding it no problem at all this time! I will defo not go back to them! I have opened a 2nd bank account yesterday and getting £54 a week off my wage put in to it as this is what i wasted on cigs! Im 28 been smoking since i was 19 so am not to bad! How long have you been smoking?
putting the money into a seperate account is a good idea!
I am 30 (well 31 next month!) and have been smoking since I was 14!! Started to really think about stopping on my 30th as it hit me have now smoked more than half my life away!!
