Yesterday was a really good day. I think i only had one crave .
Today though i really wanted a cig first thing this morning.Feeling better now.
I have a real fear of thunderstorms and i found that while it is thundering ( like yesterday ) i dont think about smoking at all, to worried about the storms.
I dont know which is worse- heart beating like mad and panicking or thinking about smoking.
Anyway i hope all is well with everyone and by the way when does everyone call themselves a non-smoker or ex-smoker? . I still dom`t say that yet!.

Infact I don't know what sounds the best, a fortnight, 2 weeks or 14 days.
I had a testing day today, my Son's birthday party which included my father-in-law secretly smoking outside so the mother-in-law don't catch him.
And I am now sitting down thinking to my self it was well worth grinding my way through the last two weeks.
All in all, one happy ex-smoker. However I don't think I can class my self an ex-smoker until I have been free from the evil weed for at least 6 months. I want to be talking in terms of years, e.g. A half a year. So that will be the 10th of December.
Oh  Thats spooky, my wife is expecting our 2nd bundle of joy and I think the projected delivery is the 10th of December.
Oh and grats to you gav!! a 2nd baba on the way, ah i feel broody again!
