I can now put a "s" at the end of how many weeks since I stopped smoking
2 Week*s*
Yesterday was a bit of a crummy day, but I didn't smoke - I didn't want to smoke. I got through a bad day and moved onto a better one.
And I do feel better today, I don't know why or how but I do. House moving day tomorrow and another milestone reached with the quit. Looking to the future time
On a seperate note, I had a surprise today as I looked at the "life rewards" programme I decided to follow as part of taking the Champix. The programme lasts 16 weeks, 12 on the tablets and 4 follow up weeks. The last day of the programme is.... the 1st January 2009! New year, New start indeed.
I shouldn't look that far ahead just yet though - I am enjoying today without smoking.

I hope we got the stressful part out of the way last weekend when we went over to the new place to get it ready... man, what a day last Saturday - the only time so far I nearly cracked. This weekend should be much easier with just moving our stuff in. But thanks - It will be a special moment for me on Monday (No internet over the weekend) when I pop up on here celebrating the start of day 17 after such a hectic weekend
you will be fine! hope you have a good weekend and remember if you feel like its getting too much and you are going to crack, just go for a walk on your own (not towards a shop) take some deep breaths, and stay strong....its a fresh start in a fresh home and you don't want it to stink of fags!!!!!!!!!!!! all the best for your big move
