So, it may seem like no big deal, but I started making a "to do" list again because I was feeling like I couldn't get stuff done with all the pain I have been dealing with...
Ha! I made that list...and it was crazy long, but at the end of the day the joy of seeing several items checked off as "done" was good for me.
Reminded me that little-by-little is ok. One step at a time.
Isn't that the life of anyone with MS? Anyone in general, really?
Be encouraged, friend. One thing at a time! One day at a time. Maybe not as much as someone else can do, but so what? It's what you DID!

Absolutely right on! Thank you for the reminder. I find that when I am focused on anything outside myself, I pay little attention to myself which means all the MS symptoms fade into the background. Still there, but not so noticeable to me.
I kinda of keep up a honey do list and I get a sense of satisfaction when completed. Don't get in over your head which I did this week and I took out a broken garbage disposal and couldn't get the new one back in. It ultimately cost me 300.00 to repair what I started.
