Welcome PotatoLoafCats,
I think you’re gonna find that there are a lot of people in this forum who I really kind and understanding. Although I had MS for a really long time before I ever found this group.. I really think that if I had found it sooner, it would’ve really benefited me. I hope you’ll come back and check in often…
hello & welcome! This is great for information, and ideas, and laughs!

Welcome to the group!
Hi and welcome! I’m sorry you’re having a difficult time right now, but glad you found this community.
Hello PotatoLoafCats, Just want to welcome you to the forum and hope you feel comfortable asking any questions you may have, I see from your bio that you have had a very rough road over the last 5 years and I hope your treatments continue to help you. Wishing you the best!
Welcome. We share, but importantly; we care about one another in community family.
Hi, PotatoLoafCats. Your bio makes for some heartbreaking reading. It's incomprehensible to me that anyone, let alone such a young person, should have so many serious health problems. The fact that you've survived is miraculous. It's probably hard for anyone to comprehend all of that, which to me (based solely on having MS) must be a very lonely feeling. No wonder you're struggling with your mental health! At least you've found a site where someone will "get" the MS part, and we'll certainly try to understand where you're coming from to the best of our ability.
I love your kitty. My avatar is our cat Teddy, who we adopted a couple of years ago at approximately age eight. We also have a black kitty who looks like a panther named Jack, who's around five. My husband and I find that our lives pretty much revolve around them.
I'm so happy that you found us. I hope that you'll share how you're doing so that we can get to know you, and support you as much as possible. Wishing you the best!
Welcome PotatoLoafCats. We are here to help the best way we can . Feel free to speak. I'm Biggums.

Welcome, PotatoLoafCats! You've had a rough ride already but sometimes that's the way MS goes--very rough at first, but as time goes on either it settles down and "stabilizes" or else you figure out ways of dealing with it. Or both. I was diagnosed in 1980 and I'm still here.
Those beautiful and contented-looking cats must be great companions.
Welcome, PoatoLoafCats! An MS diagnosis will mess with your head. I hope you will be gentle with yourself. It's life changing. If you're a spiritual person, dig deep & find your faith. This is the battle God chose for us to fight. Hugs to you!
welcome although I dislike having to welcome you. Try your best to stay stress-free, physically active as much as possible and make sure that as your physical activity decline you increase your protein.
