Ive always struggled with mental health. Ive been good, I've been bad. Ups and downs. These last few weeks have been rough. I had to put my sweet dog down because of cancer, my oldest daughter moved to another state and my middle daughter is going back to college. My son is 10 and we are having a hard time with all these changes. I feel like I want to throw up so much. My anxiety is through the roof right now. I dont know what to do. Im not ready for all these changes

Hi Popsocket25, my children are all grown up and flown the coop so to speak. When the elderly ones went to uni or left home to start on their own ,I was bereft lost. My youngest Daughter got me back on track by telling Mary ( my ex) and myself that now we could have more time together ! She would find things for us to do, like go to the Zoo the beach ( the beach is free👍😀) picnics etc, although I felt like I was losing the older children, they proved me wrong as they would constantly visit, then along came the Grandchildren and now the Great Grandchildren!! It feels like a new life in many ways, take your son for walks or for a drive, play games when you can or go for a picnic and I can say from my own experience it took a lot of my anxiety away by keeping busy.
