For the last 5 years or so I have been searching for resources for my son. He was in therapy for a year and a half, and was diagnosed with just about every personality disorder you can name; Borderline, narcissistic, compulsive etc. They also said he could be bipolar and has a lot of phobias.
He quit therapy to go to HVAC school (10 months) and then got a job, thinking that would take care of his problems (or at least set his mental problems aside) He worked hard for 2 years but wasn’t happy; not enough pay, too many hours, driving a company van out of town, etc etc etc.
He is now unemployed and doesn’t want to work anywhere and does nothing but play video games on his computer.

Try short courses or try art therapy or counselling, but to do something else would be win. Create youtube on games playing and publish something on games? Get him business games or games that increase his typing skills, and then do voluntary work or get job? Or get him interested in art and photography and animals - try easy things to gain his confidence and interests
