I really like mantras I’m going through hell right now my iron is very low and I’m too weak to hold myself up now I have stomach problems the system is a mess I sorta fell over in November and then got up a bit again hurt myself by eating dairy & piece of chocolate I’m in Rx tummy med it makes me sick a year now. And my shrink it has been first class jerk I was fine before his meds in my iron and tummy. This book I saw at book store has some amazing ideas and it’s like CBT I am excited as I needed a new shift tool kit piece check it out if you can it’s great

Some of medication they give us, have side effects - talk to your doctor, who will give you something to offset the side effects

Been trying been a shint show & I broke crying in November trying I don’t even know where to start. Now waiting to see some specialists everything’s so slow. I’m exhausted and my breathing is being compromised it’s rough I actually faint or can’t get up. But hospital sends me home too it’s hard.

If its your breathing I would speak to the doctor about emergency appointment

They just say go to ER. ER says go see your doctor slow system. That’s Canada

Here UK, you see the doctor - who makes you see specialist or sends you on emergency appointment

Here there are no emergency appts they send a fax saying urgent and you wait lol.

That sucks! Breathing issues are an ER thing though. They will at least ensure your O2 sats are acceptable.. give u O2 if required... ask your doc about iron injections... that will get iron into system with bypassing stomach...

Joys of universal health... shut up and wait on a list eh? At least going to hospital registers a complaint about breathing which is one of those things that u sorta need to do daily...

Mine was a straight shot of iron no infusion... if I still had a vile I’d read exactly what it was.. I got a bruise on my butt from it (no surprise)taste of iron in my mouth but no stomach issues....

From iron pills and other meds b4. Now I have major gluten intolerance and have gassy issues with lactose...

So did you have gastritis while getting the shot? Yes I have same. I don’t tolerate a lot of foods since put on meds. I can’t eat much good things. Oatmeal canned tuna on rice cakes kale cooked spinach carrots not even my rice milk now. I’m pissed off.

No shots stopped stomach issues! Pills made my stomach burn, ache, constipate me...

Ask about shots...

I feel like my whole digestive tract is on fire and my throats burnt too from top to the other end and I shake I’m on a ppi I think when I had to take so many laxatives from medication I injured myself and my body Is sprained as well. Yes I’m on inhalers as I am anyways and my nose bleeds from acid reflux and I have severe gas pains goes through whole body. I can’t figure out what to take for pain or to eat. Gone on so long irons so low and I’m exhausted it’s hard to treat. Been shaking severe since November then got a bit better then I ate something that didn’t agree. I’ve lost a lot of muscle mass. I’m not strong enough. Even on ppi it’s not sorting. They should have hospitalized me in November it’s hard to breathe at times from the inflammation in my back
