Good to see you.

"mind how we think of others"

Try not to judge people. We do have occasional slip ups, that's human nature. An apology from the heart goes a long way

We never know what's going on in someone's world. Always be mindful of that. Be as kind and understanding to each other as we can be.

Do something nice for someone today. A kind word can make someone's day.

We have only our mind to help us out of trauma/depression - sometimes especially at night, when I have nothing else to think about I want to scream. It lasts for a while and I switch on radio, LBC - mostly they are worried about the stock market and coronavirus or worrying how pathetic leaders ?USA president is in this situation as he ignores coronavirus or the floods here in UK and they don't want to see the prime minister in these area with all his publicity and cameras - they just want to cope. These people are powerful and Obama Barrock built pandemic centres throughout the world only to have Trump destroy the funding for these centres, just when you need them. Some are panic buying food others are not worried. Keep calm I say.
