Calm down, you may just need a change of diet or like in fasting need to keep your fluid sugar and salt levels in check. Seek doctors advise, though, very important. Lack of sleep can alternate your eating times - try snacks - fruits or salad. I always find eating before I go to sleep helpful or hot milk. Doing Brain exercise like mental maths or crossword or something can be helpful or read a book to take your mind of your problems.
Ive just been diagnosed with stress related anxiety, for weeks i felt as though my head was shaking, heart racing, unable to sleep properly ,gp stated this is normal symptoms of anxiety
