Feelings of being lost & unwanted

I've been suffering from some depression and stress due to wanting a different job & feeling like I'll never find one. Then this morning, my therapist cancelled on me for the fourth straight meeting we were supposed to have and I've wanted to discuss this issue with her. It only makes me feel lost & unwanted.

Hi sorry you feel this way, it is crap when therapists cancel especially four times in a row! I have had trauma based therapy for three years and just had a break as my therapist went on maternity leave. I am struggling as well as I got used to our weekly sessions I miss her a lot.I

Is there no one else that could see you? Or a friend or family member you could chat to? Maybe writing some things that you would have said to her/him will help ?

I have made other plans and disregarded her. I'll be surprised if she ever meets me.
