Trigger warning hey there you wonderful people you.
I am struggling a lot. I just got out of the BSU for the second time and went straight into rehab for my substance use, it is becoming extremely difficult to continue on. Today I am 2 months and 2 weeks sober from alcohol, coke, and opiates. I was clean for a very long time. a year almost. then my ex cheated on me and I spiraled down, used valium and coke, I od'd bad, tried to kill myself. im grateful for everyday now. I couldn't move my arms or my legs for 3 days. it was a wake up call for sure. I'm extremely exhausted and most days I cant get out of bed. I've called in 3 times because of my mental health saying that I'm sick when actually I cant stop crying to get out of bed to do the simplest thing like brush my hair or take a shower. I'm in therapy and in FLACRA which they are kind of helping. I JUST WANT A BREAK. I'm working my ass off, tired, and sad all the time
I just keep thinking why wasn't I good enough for him, I did everything for him, anything and everything and he still chose her over me. I just don't understand, I loved that man like he'll never see that kind of love and compassion from another woman ever again. because I am god damn special when it comes to what is mine.
