Do you guys have suggestion how to be less panic? I have to do a report but I feel I can't do that, my brain can't think, I'm getting a severe headache and my heart feels hurt. My body feels so weak and I can't event want to speak. The due is on few days further. I am panicking, I have to do that but because of the panic I can't type a word. Help. Thank you.

Take a break. Listen to some music, get some fresh air, do some deep breathing.
Then write your paper in section. Make a good outline and follow it. Take breaks while writing. Just get up and walk around. Don't try and write a complete paper in one sitting, it may be too overwhelming.
