Hi Mish542 and thank you for your post. As borderriever has mentioned in his reply, you need to talk with your Health Professional and tell them how you are feeling. You may then be able to establish the reason for your recent setback and discuss ways of coping and more support [if required] can be put into place. Things will get better, just take one step at a time, but do discuss how you are feeling. You do not say which country you are from, but if you are in the UK and are feeling distressed, please call--
The Samaritans Freephone 116 123 [24 hour helpline] 7 days a week. They provide a listening ear.
Also, if you live outside of the UK and are distressed, please have a look at the Pinned Posts Section of the screen which includes Free Mental Health Guides and International Crisis Support Helplines
Please stay on this caring forum where you will receive support from other members. Are any other forum members able to help Mish542, please?
Misdiagnosis and misunderstandings seem to be common in the mental health field.
I know that comment doesn't help you but what may help is to keep on holding on and the Samaritans are always there; don't hesitate to ring them. 116 123. any time day or night if you are in UK .
You say you were doing great till 3 weeks ago so something has triggered you. Bear in mind and remember you were doing ok and can get back to that feeling; it may only take a few hours or days.
If you are feeling extremely bad right now please as much as you can stay safe and look after yourself as best you can. I do understand. I am doing that myself right now which is why I say I understand. Most important, stay safe and please don't ever think about doing anything silly; just let it pass and get the help you can as soon as you can.
