These past few days I’ve been getting myself to stressed out by general stuff and it felt like I couldn’t stop myself from stressing and I couldn’t stop the thoughts rushing through my head going over and over.

I then was sat in a cafe when everything went to much for me I grabbed my head and I felt as though I was zoned just me on my own felt like nothing was real

Hello Casper007

Thank you for your message. You are obviously having a struggle with a lot if stressors. The feeling in the cafe could be a natural reaction to your situation.

You need to see your doctor so they can assess what is happening and get you some help.

I realise that you have already been through some serious health issues. Perhaps you could share more about what is happening right now for you?

Do you have anyone that you can talk with such as family or friends?

We have very supportive members so they may have more advice or experiences that they can share.

You can call NHS 111 if you feel your situation is non urgent or 999 if urgent.

The charity MIND at mind.org.uk may be helpful

Helpline 0300 123 3393.

Let us know how you are.

Best wishes

Casper

Many people o through days like yours today. I know how you feel.

Today I started my Morning going down to get my feet done, then I had to go to the hairdressers, after a quick lunch I went to get my glasses adjusted at the Opticons and now they are just as bad as before. After that I had to get my flu injection at the Doctors, then we then went to the Library to get a new Blue Badge for my car. The final job was going to get some shopping so today has been one heavy disturbing day. The only good thing about the day was we managed to get home just before it started to pour down. O I forgot I also was approached for my twele month medication review

So like you I am on edge, and now considering rejoining the Think Tanks and NHS committees I was on a while ago. I keep getting hints on my emails and Surgery.

All I do now is just sit down and do my Breathing Techniques and also do my Relaxation Techniques to calm myself down. We also had a cup of tea and a Christmas Mince Pie to relax and make our tea.

There are tools that can and do help, try MINDFULNESS, there are books on Amazon that explain how to use the technique to calm your mood, also Breathing techniques can also help you to relax. If need be talk to your GP if you feel life is to complex and you need help.

We all have days that take on a life of their own, there is nothing that can be done about these frantic times. We get on and consider that at least the complexity of the day is over and tomorrow can only get better. Tomorrow is a day of I need to recover. I am thankful all the jobs in town are done and tomorrow is another day
