So I went too the appointment and I was really anxious about going because firstly I was worried I would forget what I want too say and also I was worried about what the dr would have too say but I can gladly say that it wasn’t as bad as I thought it was going too be and I got some more meds

Next time you go for that appointment, write down what you wish to talk about. You will be able to open up and explain your fears etc in a more inclusive way

Give your new medications more time to work. Upwards, five weeks
