Feeling positive.

I have felt well on my new depo injection of Clopixol for over two years now I'm almost always scared of a relapse but the most I have is a few depression or a few days of anxiety whigh my GP always helps me with. I have been great and I have just registered my interest in getting out and vollenteering.

You need to gain confidence and understand yourself. It would seem you are well on your way and hopefully your concerns. Carry on with the voluntary work, that will help you move on
