Talk yourself down. Tell yourself this is only a pa. nothing will happen. Control your breathing slow it down. Drink some water slowly. I used to carry a small vial of smelling salts which I would hide in my hand and bring to my nose. It snaps you right to. You have to see a druggist but as far as I know they are still sold. Then I would find a private place and calm down some more if I needed to Pam

Used by ladies of by gone days when they felt faint, They have a strong ammonia like smell which clears the head. I found them very effective. I had a small arsenal to help me get through my days. Iced water to drink, cold paper towels in plastic wrap for the back of my neck or the inside of my wrists. You may find other things that work for you , but I always left my house prepared for the worst and it gave me confidence. Pam

Hi bud panic attacks are really frightening but given some things yo try may help! If you are at home lie down in a dark room and slow your breathing down breath in through your mouth and our through you nose! If your outside then try reaching someone on your phone and relate to them how you are feeling! A friendly voice can make a difference I wish you well and hope things improve for you David 😊
