Does my counsellor exist?!

Stayed in all morning to take a phone call from my counsellor which never happened. When I phoned them the counsellor claimed he'd phoned me twice on my mobile & once on my landline. Work demands I maintain explicit/exact phone logs & there's no record of any calls from this guy at all.

Anyone else got experience of a supposed Health Care Professional whom the evidence points to the fact he's economical with the truth / tells lies when challenged?!

Hello. personally I can't stand being lied to so I would probably write or speak to his superior . He can't be a very smart person to lie about something so obviously provable. Then there are trust issues, would you be able to work with him? He doesn't seem very professional. Pam
