Confused and lonely

Hello all sorry my phone got damaged and due to lockdown it couldn’t be fixed finally got fixed how is everything and everyone I finally went to counsellor she said I have borderline personality disprder

Still with him not that easy went to my house for 10-12 days

Due to lockdown counselling didn’t happen and relationship is not better I am still confused what I want in life

This is so difficult but everyday I can’t be sad here and struggle I am so confused can’t decide what to do

Yeah u r right that’s the issue but for that also I need to know where I have to stay or go

You can do teletherapy, right? I think therapy is supposed to be very helpful for borderline personality disorder.

Teletherapy means doing it online or on the phone so the lockdown won't affect it.

I do therapy on line. Most therapists and MD are seeing their patients this way now.
