Life seems usless

I am fed up with life, nothing in this world interests me. There is some mistakes I made some months ago, I regret it but this has taken such a toll on me that I cannot sleep at night, I keep thinking things should have been other way, but I am reason for everything, I feel guilty,did nothing since6

Mothers. Thinking and loneliness bounds me always. I don't know what to do, recently met psychiatrists, but couldn't help myself. I think only relief I may get by ending myself. I never used to be such, I was so happy girl. Jus don't find anyway, feel worried of my parents, they too are very sweet.. But my mental state is unbearable.

You are not allow, we have all had times where we have been lost and couldn't see a way out.

You definitely need to find a support group in your area that can help you.

We all also make mistakes and then really blame ourselves it is tough dealing with those mistakes sometimes, but you have to learn from the mistakes and that will make you a stronger and better person.

When you are down you do feel like there is no interests for you, but as you start to feel better that will change.

Please call one of the support numbers and get help, you owe it to yourself to do that.
