Hi all, Been suffering OCD all my life but completely wiped me out while I have been at Uni! Im lucky in some respect cause Im quite a positive person but these intrusive thoughts over the last year have been a write off! bought the Shawmind help book recently, really good! Plan to keep fighting through and will post whatever helps to help you guys as well! Lets smash this together!
