Another bad night I can not sleep very well up last night crying feeling so down I love have my good days back I wish know when they be back again if they ever come back

Try to be gentle with yourself today, do something relaxing and pampering. It would help to know a bit more about what you are dealing with. Are you receiving any treatment from your GP, if not may I suggest you have a chat with them, as they can not only provide medication if that is needed, but also, should have links to local mental health support. I have been on antiperspirant tablets for about four weeks I been going group talks I also with mental health nurse at moment last two weeks have been hard starting to here voices then not sleeping alot had really bad night on Monday so took alot tramadol tablets I had go hospital because I took to much had monent not sleeping very well crying alot and very suicidal at moment so been having alot bad days lately than good ones

Hi lynsey,

I do no how you feel when you don't get your sleep, I've had 4 sleep less nights and feel physically exhausted and I cry a lot, but last night I got some medication over the counter and it did make me sleep, but now I just feel groggy. But at least I slept. I hope also to get myself back to my happy dizzy self. I'm not there yet but I'm dam gonna try.
