Just be glad tomorrow that you are still here and think of the consequences for the people you will leave behind. I do speak from that dark place and can't say I won't be there again. But... to put that on your friends and family is????

I'm sorry your feeling this way. Please call the suiicide hotline that your country provides (differnt name and number for differnt countries).

They will help you calm down. There not there to judge, just to help.

Please just keep trying to live life. I'd be devastated and I don't even know you. So any one who does know you would be even more effected.

Have you seeked any professional help about this? Do you have a solid support system (family, friends, peers, church etc). Do you feel like this often or is this a new feeling that has came up?

Hi edrt198 im sorry you are feeling this way i have often felt like that myself , has something happened to make you feel like this or have you been depressed for sometime and are getting worse ? . Have you spoken with your gp to get some help ? , you may think no one understands or no one can help you but please don't despair their is help out their and the first thing you must do is talk , do you have a family member or a close friend you can call on , or go to your gp . Please get some help life is a gift don't throw it away . I bet you have so much in life that you want to do . You can message me if you would like I'm a good listener.
