Weird feeling
Hi Abbey,
At the height of my depression and anxiety I struggled to hold onto anything fixed. My thoughts sped through my mind so quickly. It felt like tiny bee stings. I couldn't concentrate long enough to read, watch a film or tv.
Mindfullness and the right meds really helped to bring me back to my own self. Sometimes my thoughts are like butterflies briefly landing for a quick visit, but that's my norm.
Could it have been a panic attack?
Hope you are okay.
Lori

Maybe I should talk to my gp as I have been on the same meds for the past 20 yrs . I don't think it was a panic attack I know what they feel like as I have them if I go into shops where I can't see the exit or it's too cramped with stuff. This was different , it felt like I was going mad if I knew what that felt like
Oh I do that all the time... x
Oh, YES! One day when was in heavy traffic I pulled up to the stop light. When it turned green, I suddenly had no idea which pedal was the gas, and which the brake.
I don't drive any more👵
I sometimes get in the car and can't remember how to drive
Yikes! That's terrifying! Just before I was diagnosed, I got lost going to places I'd been to kazillion times. Then, one fine afternoon I was on my way to work (I was employed there for five years), and suddenly found myself choking on the powder from my air bag, and my $7 latte was splattered all over the dashboard. I had rear-ended an SUV parked in the parking lane. Luckily no one was in it. I'd lost the ability to pay attention.
Sorry to hear that. What do you do for work now?
I have been unable to work since my diagnosis, and that continues to be one of the most difficult aspects of MS for me.
I should really go to my gp I am feeling very odd this evening
