Hi all

I'm 46 yr old male with adult ADHD,Paranoia Personality Disorder,depression disorder and anxiety disorder also with the lovely ulcerative colitis and muskaleatal issues as from fractured spine at age 18.

So that's enough of the depressive crap.

I'm a bouncy guy who loves to help ppl in distress especialy with mental issues.ive seemed to pic up a wealth of knowledge on way in life and I just like to give back.

Luckily I've great support from doc and physciatrist but not with out pushing and fighting for my own self and what I need to be a better person

Yup I do have a wealth of my mental health and issues,

Yup I'm working through my issues one by one which in turn funniely enough brings another to sort out,
