Hello. I feel like its good to set some goals for yourself to accomplish in your day, even small ones. You could try taking on a new activity or hobbies? Thinking about things I can do usually helps motivate me and helps my mood perk up. Journalling is good to do. Stretching or easy yoga. Short walks. 15 minutes of meditation to help get your thoughts on track. Listen to some relaxing music. Having a nice cup of tea. Hope this helps a lil bit ☺
