Thank you. I'll research books to see what i can do to help myself. Is so difficult when the attack is strong. I always try to take deep breaths but sometimes struggle.

Also lavender is a calming oil or candle, crafts, drawing, calling a friend,
Medication, Therapy, taking a warm bath, music, reading

This is the only place i can express myself. I just made a post I don't if you saw it. Can you give me your input on what to do? x
I like to turn on some really loud music and just dance around or bounce on my yoga ball. Also pole dancing is awesome. reading a good book is also helpful. If that doesn’t work I usually go cry to my best friend. Last year I had such bad anxiety that I ended up with a pelvic floor dysfunction cuz my muscles got too tight and I was in constant pain. Joining a gym and learning pole dancing literally saved my life. Hope this was helpful. I hope you feel better.
