Don't give up. Bad days happen, tomorrow is a another day and maybe you'll feel more in control. Take care. Best wishes, Lorna

what is it your looking for Pam...i seen you on this site and you are so helpful in your replys..always sencible and kind with what you say.

today am having a day off from the outdoor world and cooking apple pie, play with the children and make an extra special effort to be kind to my wife.

i didnt handle something so good yesterday and its made me feel a bit stupid today.

put the gun down now and have a nice day. xx

Hi Hannah, I'm fine, thank you for asking. I am disgruntled about having a book with that title on site. I think it's a very negative and insensitive thing to do. I do try to be kind, but sometimes I have to make a point when I see wrong things happening. Pam

I think it is very harsh and insinuative to have that title on a site for people with depression.

You should change the title since it's very negative - it brings negative thoughts

It's not my title it's the title of the book they are trying to sell you. It's taking advantage of vulnerable people. It comes up every time you come on site.

That is exactly my point Kitty.

What I take out of this poem is the idea that others are constantly "triggering" incidents. If people were more sensitive then this would not happen. I guess each person will get a different meaning out of it.

I am referring to the book with the title pulling the trigger. . I think it is irresponsible to have it on a site for depression. There is just something about it that feels wrong to me.

I hadn't noticed the book titles when I get on the site. Maybe because I get emails when people post something and then I go directly to their posts. I do see your point.

I've never had book titles appear on this site but it does seem a rather odd choice
