It isn't...its just the way we think about what we think OTHERS think... Been there done that... however, they may not be thinking that at all. You sound like you are just going through a really down in the dumps bad spell...so, just ride it out...and even though its hard to believe, it WILL get better! :) Try to not concentrate on how you are feeling... if possible, get out and do some things for others...just even little things. It usually works magic in making us feel better!

Im new here just read ur comment im very sure things are not your fault all the time hope you are ok when i blame myself for things i have to remind myself that its my low self esteem that makes me think that and i try to think of good things in my life that ive done which helps me snap out of it , give your self confidence a boost and it will help your self esteem and stop you blaming yourself for things im sure you are a good person and done lits of good things that our anxiety just wont let us think about x

Aw. A friend once said to me, "I suppose it's your failt there's rust on the Statue if Liberty, too." No. It's not all your fault. You're probably at that crossroad where you know you need to take responsibility for yourself, but people who don't understand are saying, "If you would only..." Change isn't easy. Take it one issue, one moment at a time. Tell us each, let us help you work through it

Maybe you are trying too hard to please. Fact is you can't please everyone, but when you try to you end up pleasing no-one. Problem I find is deciding on who to please. I would please myself first, but my depression makes me indecisive. I would love to take time out to find myself again,.

Hey Lauren . Yes it's a feeling most of us at times go through. I have recently and too some extent still feel like it is all my fault. You could me across different people I have found those that accept you, those that blames you and those who think it's just a run of bad luck...

Try and stay real to yourself and positive even if it is your fault it's human nature and we all make mistakes , we sometimes learn more about ourselves as a result. I know recently I am learning more about myself and what makes a difference and what doesn't xx

No it's my fault :( x
