Sleep...

Hi everyone,

I've always suffered just a bit with sleeping. It wasn't too bad, 6 hours a night. I'm on new medication now which is working a treat but recently I've been unable to sleep. I've had 5 hours in the past 2 days and that with my A-levels is difficult. I'm in my final year now, so I really ought to be making a hell of a lot of effort, but I was so close to skipping today because I was physically and emotionally drained and felt so sick. School makes me anxious. I have my best friend there but we argue a lot and we're both stubborn. I just don't know what to do. Been crying a ridiculous amount this week and it isn't the medication because I started these about a month ago! :( I also have work to catch up on but I'm so exhausted. When I used to struggle with sleep a year ago, I could still defeat the days, come home and often study, but now I come home and my eyes slowly keep shutting, happens throughout the day too and it's so hard to listen to teachers.
