I'm walking on that fine line. Like a tight rope above a tigers den, there's no safety met. Balancing on one arm is life, on the other is death. I have to choose a side, I have to keep moving and yet I remain still. Does anyone know what this is like?

Feelings
Hi Robin, sometimes we have to sit still and reflect. If we move we may fall. It's ok to wait because lows can be like clouds, come and go. Everyone feels vulnerable at some point and it is important to know you are not alone. If you find yourself overthinking and hitting a dead end do something to take your mind temporarily off because there comes a point that our thoughts stop being productive and we end up going around in circles, a bit like a whirlpool, sinking deeper and deeper. Picking a book, getting some fresh air, even taking up a musical instrument (whatever works) can create new focus and let our mind rest from problems. When we feel refreshed, we can tackle whatever bothers us with renewed strength. I hope you feel lifted soon. Take care.
