i am epileptic have been since 1985.I was depressed before this but not on any medication Now i feel i do my gp says that because of the epilepsy she has to be careful what to give .Anyone out there had the same experience.

I got diagnosed in second year senior school it was the worst time of my life im still on medication now im 28 years old

That is a real tricky one - my daughter has epilepsy (without a side dose of depression) and has tried different meds, one had very sever side effects, you need to get doc to refer you to specialist so they can monitor you carefully to make sure mix is right for you.

It has been found that epilepsy is sometimes linked to depression. I suffer with this.

It might not be a bad idea to download a good relaxation CD as I have done. I have found that this really can help both the D and the E.
