cold and sweaty balls

please help. If anyone has been through it please share what did you do to cure it. It is a month already that I am experiencing cold and very sweaty balls. Because of sweat it was a bad irritation on my chrotch . Dr thought it was a jock infection or so but I noticed it was due to the excessive sweat coming from my balls. My testicles usually hang and swing freely but now they are very tight to by body very cold and lots of sweat coming out from them. I have been past a week on this ointment containing antibiotics but I don’t feel any change. I normally don’t use underwear but I am so the humidity is kept on the underwear so I prevent the irritation to come back. Please any advice would be appreciated.

As you appear to have issues other than jock itch, I would go back to your doctor. He may want to examine your testicles to ensure there is nothing untoward going on with them. Good luck.

I agree with Norwich as best thing to do is go back to the Dr. With your balls being tight it could just be stress, medication but Dr will be able to tell you exactly what it is. Mine are pretty sporadic as sometimes really tight and sometimes looser and have noticed that day to day things affect them pretty drastically.

As everyone said, see your doctor. If it takes awhile to see your doctor, talk to your pharmacist too see if your symptoms are a side effect of a medication you’re taking.

Thank you for your reply Dletterma. My dr didn’t even take a closer look at them just told me it’s not std or utd and prescribed me the above ointment and I should be okay in 4,days or a week the longest. But here i am with cold and sweaty testicles still. Thanks again
